Healthy Spring Salad Recipe

This salad is served with dressing of mango and orange which gives it a unique flavor.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 10-15 mint leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 cup of orange juice
  • 1/2 mango peeled
  • Basil powder as per taste
  • Thyme powder as per taste
  • Black pepper powder as per taste
  • Lettuce leaves
  • U can add any fruits or salads with it as per ur choice
Procedure:
  1. Cut complete salad in equal size of cubes.
  2. In a grinder, mix mango, mint and orange and grind well. Dressing is ready.
  3. Add basil, thyme, salt & black pepper into chopped salad and mix well.
  4. Add dressing to it at the time of serving.
