It's very famous because of its taste, texture and simple recipe with minimum ingredients which are easily available in any kitchen. It is cooked in a very different style and tastes delicious. It is served as a breakfast. You can carry it while traveling for long distance. It has a shelf life of about 2 days and if kept in refrigerator it can last for a week.

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of Wheat Flour
- 1/4 Cup and 2 Tbsp. of Finely chopped onion [Red onion or spring onion (your choice)]
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 Tsp. Red chilly powder or 2 Green chillies finely chopped
- 4 Tbsp. Oil
- Butter/Ghee/Oil for shallow frying
Method:
- Mix flour, salt, chopped onion, chilly and 4 Tbsp of oil very well.
- Mix some water into it and make a stiff dough.
- Make 4 small balls out of it just like small discs.
4. Slightly Roast it from both the sides on hot tawa.
