Bounty Chocolate Recipe

Chocolate helps in changing your sad mood to Happy one, it helps to control BP, it is good for heart, etc....Chocolate has so many good things in itself and everyone loves chocolates. Some of them loves Bounty very much. My In-Laws family loves Bounty too. So, I decided to make it at home and it turned out exactly same in taste. It is very simple and easy to make this chocolate and very quick. So, what are we waiting for.

Serves: 7-8 Chocolates

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup of finely grated dry coconut powder
  • 3-4 Tbsp of Sugar [Adjust to taste]
  • 1/4th Cup of Heavy Cream
  • 3 Tbsp of Butter
  • 150 gms.or 3.5 OZ of Any chocolate [Do not use dark chocolate]
Procedure:
  1. On the medium flame, in a wok/pan, add heavy cream, butter and sugar together and let them melt together. Then, add coconut powder and mix everything together well. Off the heat. Let the mixture get cool.
  2. We have to spread this coconut powder mixture in a tray. You can use any tray you want. I used my cup-cake tray. In every cup of cup cake tray, spread this mixture of about one or 1/2 inch thick.
  3. In double boiler, melt the chocolate. Spread a thick layer of melted chocolate on top of coconut powder mixture. Refrigerate it for 1/2 Hr.
  4. After half hr. turn the chocolates and spread melted chocolate on other side, covering all the sides of chocolates. Refrigerate it another 1/2 Hr or 1 Hr.
  5. Ready to serve tasty Bounty.
