Crispy Hash-Brown

Hash-brown tastes really very yummy and crispy, very easy to make, very less ingredients are required, very less time consuming, looks great  too and you can have it while fasting. You can have it in breakfast also or as an evening appetizer or as a side dish. Kids loves it too.



Time Taken: 15 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 large Potatoes, shredded
  • 1 big Tbsp of shredded cheese
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 Tbsp of Oil
Method:
  1. Wash the shredded potatoes with water. Mix cheese, salt and black pepper with potatoes.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan. Add 2 tbsp of oil.
  3. Make small balls/tikkies in whichever shape you want, from the potato mixture. Put them in pan.
  4. Add 2 tbsp of oil above it. Cook till brown.
  5. Serve hot with tomato ketch-up.
