Wow, Really very tasty. It is not at all time consuming. Very easy and Quick to make. Best to be served with Nan [Indian bread]. Try it once. You will definitely love it.

- 75 gms. Paneer/Cottage Cheese/Indian Soft Cheese [Cut into the shape of Triangles]
- 1 & 1/2 Big tomatoes [Puree]
- 1/4th Cup of Water
- 2-3 Garlic Cloves [Finely Chopped]
- 2 Cloves/Laung
- 2 Green Cardamon [Powdered]
- 1/4th Cinnamon Stick
- Salt to taste
- 1/4th Tsp Sugar
- 2 Green chillies [Finely Chopped]
- 1/4th Tsp Red chilly powder
- 1/4th Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4th Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4th Cup of Heavy Cream
- 1/4th Tsp of Cumin Seeds
- 3 Tbsp of butter at room temperature
- Some coriander leaves to garnish
- Heat a Pan. Melt the butter into it. Add Cumin seeds. Add Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamon stick. Saute for 3-4 seconds.
- Add, garlic and green chillies and saute for 3 seconds. Add, tomato puree, salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder, sugar and water and mix very well. Cover the pain and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Then, add Paneer and cook for 3 Minutes so that paneer will get all the flavors.
- Add, heavy cream, mix well and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
