Egg-Less Chocolate Delight Cake Recipe


For Cake Base:
  • 1 Cup of All Purpose Flour/Self Raising Flour (Maida) 
  • 1/2 Cup of Sugar 
  • 3 Tbsp of Cocoa Powder 
  • 3 Tbsp of Whipped Butter at room temperature 
  • 3 Tbsp of Oil 
  • 1/2 Cup of Milk 
  • 1/4 Cup of Water 
  • 1 Tsp Baking powder 
  • 1/2 Tsp of Baking Soda 
  • A pinch of salt 
  • 2-3 drops of Vanilla essence

For Icing & Decoration:
  • 100 ml. Heavy whipping cream 
  • 2 Tbsp of Sugar 
  • 1 Tbsp. of Cocoa Powder 
  • A drop of vanilla essence 
  • 50 gms. Chocolate frosting 
  • Few brown chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips 
  • 1/4th cup of Some walnuts
Chocolate Delight Cake
For Cake Base:
  1. Take a small bowl. Mix All purpose flour, sugar, Cocoa powder, Baking Powder, salt and Baking Soda very well.
  2. Pre-heat the oven at 350 degrees Fehrenhite or 180 degrees centigrate.
  3. Take a big bowl. Add butter and vanilla essence to it. Mix it well.
  4. Add dry mixture into it slowly and keep on mixing. Add Milk slowly and keep on mixing.
  5. Add Water and keep on mixing.
  6. Once it is done add oil to it and mix well.
  7. Greese the cake pan with oil.
  8. Pour the cake mixture into it.
  9. Bake it for 25-30 mins.
  10. After 25-30 mins take it out from oven and keep it aside to get cool for minimum of 1/2 an hour.

For Icing & Decoration:
  1. In a big bowl mix heavy whipping cream, sugar, Cocoa powder and vanilla essence and whip them until icing is formed. A soft creamy texture will be formed.
  2. Now, after cake is completely cool at room temperature, cut the cake horizontally in two equal parts.
  3. On one part of cake, spread thick layer of whipping cream. Then, spread walnuts on it.
  4. Now, put other half of cake on it and cover complete cake with chocolate frosting.
  5. Decorate it with white and brown chocolate chips.
